All Life Has Value in God's Eyes

By: Lee Larsen

Every single person has value in God's eyes. From the infant who is born with severe challenges to the elderly person who can't get around on their own anymore. God's message to us is that we are all precious in His eyes.

Rich and poor have this in common: The Lord is the Maker of them all.
— Proverbs 22:2

For the infant, God's message is that life, no matter how short, is to love like there is no tomorrow because life comes with no guarantees. As we cope with the pain of loss, we can rejoice in the knowledge that God's perfection awaits us for all eternity.

For the elderly person that can no longer take care of themselves, we find knowledge and wisdom from a lifetime of living. We can learn from their successes and failures. Through their life, we discover a wealth of information that can help us shape our future. Sometimes in our modern culture, we lose sight of God's values; those of patience, serving those in need, and loving others even in the most difficult of times. Those lessons quickly come when we take care of our own aging parents.

When we focus only on ourselves, many of God's desires for us seem to be too demanding with our busy schedules. Our values are not the same as God's values and, as a result, we unknowingly suffer. We run around frantically trying to balance it all and before we realize it...our life is over.

We want to take advantage of the time we've been given to live a Godly fulfilling life. Let us help you - Christian Kindness helps people focus more on what truly matters in this life. Christian Kindness teaches you how to share God's love in your daily life. All life has value in God's eyes...let's be His hands and feet and spread His love!
